FSPassengers and the Flight 1 ATR 72-500 - rasosa1 - 17-09-2005 I purchased the latest F1 addon, ATR 72-500, and it installed successfully. I have been using FSP without any problems except when I load the newly installed plane. There is no error message, I can hear the passengers at the gate but can not see the menu to begin the loading process. I can get to it if I hit the ALT+Tab key which takes me back to the desktop, when I select the FS9 task at the bottom of the Start menu I am presented with the mssing FSP menu. Any ideas? are the two compatable? Thank you in advance for any assistance... Re: FSPassengers and the Flight 1 ATR 72-500 - JayKae - 17-09-2005 Never had a problem with the ATR by F1 and FsP here but maybe do a reinstall of the ATR I have talked to other people that had minor issues with the ATR72 by F1 but they resolved after doing a reinstall, not sure WHY that fixed the issues though Re: FSPassengers and the Flight 1 ATR 72-500 - Needle - 18-09-2005 Could be the way you load up the ATR. In the manual is written how to start a flight. Load the default flight (Cessna) first with engine running, set everything up (time, airport, weather etc) and finally switch to the ATR. I do this all the time and have had no problems with FSP whatsoever. Give it a try, Arthur. Re: FSPassengers and the Flight 1 ATR 72-500 - eazy - 18-09-2005 I usually load the ATR from scratch (startup screen) and have no problems either, but I remember having had a similar issue in the past while using a Geforce (can't remember if it happened with ATR only or generally). Try running FS9 in windowed mode first and see if the problem still occurs. If it doesn't, try installing the latest drivers for your display adapter. Not sure at all, but it might be worth a try. |
