What am I missing?

Yes but my question is...why?!? Is it connected to anything I did wrong? And why it doesn't show whatever I did wrong so I can avoid repeating the same
error next time?

Well...I've had that many times on different flights but it never caused the passengers saftisfaction to go down...it has always been up 0.6,
0.3 on each previous flight. Even if they were hungry for some time....

Now that I remember I had some turbulence at arrival...maybe that caused part of the percentage to drop down...but 96%?

I've had the same thing happen silo... I wouldn't lose sleep over it, it wasn't much of a loss anyway.

Yeah, alright...no matter what you do for your customers they are always complaining...maybe this was included in the programming
code as a way for Dan to get back at us!!!

You are trully perfectionnist... You are like some of my legal assistants students who came to me and say "Hey, why did you give me
96%? I deserve 100%".
In fact turbulence are easily forgiven by the pax... So I think also it's because they were more hungry than on your other flights...

I know exactly what you mean Pagir. I had to do various evaluations for the Marines, and I'd never give a 100%. If someone was *EXCEPTIONALLY PERFECT*, I'd give them a 99%. When they came to argue with me, I'd simply look them in the face, point to my rank,
and walk away! Ahh.. the good old days!

Who me? Perfectionist? Oh...how true is that you can't really get to know a person through the internet!
I'm disappointed because after you get to 99% no matter how perfect is a flight, passengers start grading you with 0.04 or 0.06 or 0.02
every flight. So to go from 99% to 100% it will take longer than to go from 75% to 99%. When all of the sudden I get a detraction of -0.31 it
means in my mind that I'll have to do another 20 flights with 100% score before I can get back to where I was (which is not even close to
100% anyway!).
It looks to me that I'm just being pissed! But then again...it's only a game...After a brief 20 minutes of Virtual World induced reaction I am
now safely back to this world.
