FS9 Kneeboard vs mini-display bug - lightrail - 06-09-2005
Hi Dan
Since I've installed the latest upgrade, I've noticed an unusual event. Sometimes, but not always, when I press F10 to get the FS9 kneeboard, the
mini-display minimises to the bottom right of the screen. Then I have to double click to get it to go back, but when I do this, the mini display goes
back but is now docked. If I undock it, it now has a Windows stye gray boarder.
It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it is only the first time I open the kneeboard - after that it doesn't do it.

make sure ur fs9 is in full screen mode........ i dont fully get wat ur saying, but hope this helps

I'm with Andre on this one. Don't really understand you, but is there a chance you are running FS9 in "windowed" mode? This can cause
similiar issues.

No FS is in full screen mode. Have the mini display in the top right. Hit the F10 key, mini display minimises to the bottom right.
If it happens again, I'll take some screenshots.
It's not a big problem - i.e. it doesn't crash - just annoying when it happens. Again, it doesn't happen all the time.
Sounds like nobody else has experienced this.

Okay - so I open the kneeboard, and the mini display goes to the bottom right as shown.

Then I double click on the mini-display and it goes back to the top right where I keep it - but notice the border on it now.

I've never used the mini-board, and as such have never noticed this issue. Perhaps it's easier to print out the information displayed on
the kneeboard (flightplans, checklists, etc.) I always print my flightplan so that I can make the real-world equivalency markings on it.
Never had a need for the kneeboard.

Then press Ctrl>shift>V 2 times, it will disapear the first time and come back the second time you press it, it should move around after
that
