Ok first i install the FSP and like in the screenshots i dont see the small window that show ur passengers status
and the passengers
dont load...
i dont know if that made sense but FSP dosent work in my game...

After you loaded your FS flight, did you go to the toolbar and click the FSPassengers tab and start the flight?

Yes i did and when i clicked ok nothing apears....

After you start, do you get the passenger loading screen and load the aircraft? If so, try hitting ctrl-shft-v I think it is. That toggles the
inflight display

When i start FS9 there is a help screen.
Then when i create a flight i make a pilot do a company and then i try doing evrething but i dont see the passengers status screen.......

Try pressing
CTL+SHF+V
This shoud toggle the mini-display.

First i instaled the program
Second i made a new pilot.
And a new Company
Then i buy a plane
Then i started a new flight and then i put the passengers
Thats when it happend

You have to create the company before creating the pilot. The way you are doing it, you don't have a pilot in your company...

do you have an error message ?
Do you have the payload model ?
Do you click "ok load immediately ?
sorry it's not very clear if either you do something wrong, miss something
ot if it's a real problem.
