Every time I download the demo I click open and it says: Sorry FS2004's Directory not found.
The FS2004 Key is missing in your registry, it seems FS2004 isn't installed on your system, please install
FS2004 and retry this installation.

unistall fs2004 and reinstall it then try fspassengers again

Calm down please, this not a real time support medium, it's a forum. And so far you payed for nothing, so give the folks a little time to respond.
That said, it looks like your FS2004 isn't setup correctly. If noone comes up with a better idea (like adding the needed keys to the registry
manually) you might have to reinstall FS.

I never installed it in the first place. This was the first time I tried to install it.

I think you got me wrong. FSPassengers tells you that it cannot find FS2004 because FS2004's registry keys are missing. So you might have to reinstall FS2004 if noone comes up whith a better idea.
BTW, somehow this seems to be no download related problem at all... might want to pick a more descriptive subject next time.

NO I'm downloading it from the site. When the installer loads after the download finishes it gives me the error thing. I have never installed the game
I have tried using Mozilla Firefox and internet explorer, Get the zipped file, the mirror site ect. but the error keeps coming up!

Ok, just to recap what you (seem) to be trying to tell us:
you never installed the game (the game being Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004) but yet are trying to download an add-on for Flight Simulator 2004,
FSPassengers in this case?

Here's what you need:
1. a working computer, hope it's not a 386
2. visit your local gamedealer and buy MS Flight Simulator 2004
3. install MS Flight Simulator 2004 on your computer
4. download the FS Passengers demo from this website
5. install the demo, try it and instantly realise, that this addon (FS Passengers) is well worth the price
6. buy a license from this website
7. enter the unlock code you received by email
8. enjoy FS Passengers (and insanity) and have fun

I want to see if the game is worth buying and also like you said I need a working computer I don't know if my comp could handle it so I'm going to get
the free version b4 paying to find out the game doesn't work.
