All,
I plan on getting a new HD this week, mine is going out very quickly, and I want to know if I buy the code will I be able to use that same
code when I reinstall FSpassengers on my new hard drive?

but don't just copy the FsPassengers folder on your new HD it will not work.
To keep your old flight/pilot/company
1-save the FsPassengers/database folder
2-install with the setup program on the new disk
3-enter your unlock key
4-copy the "Database" folder in this new installation
voila, registered with all your flights back on the new HD.
