lds 767 and commands for entering alt+airspeed+altitude - kaptnkaspy - 11-07-2005 Flying the demo i used the commands for entering the heading or altitude for the autopilot it worked fine, yesterday i was flying around in the lds 767 and i tryed entering new heading using h110 i think i was told to fly and it did not change so i tryed entering new altitude and that didnt work either. anyone know what the problem here could be? is the aircraft too complex or something? any help would be greatly appreaciated. I never even tried anything but the radio commands flying that plane with FsP. It is probably the same problem GoFlight hardware users are having with the LVL-D. The A/P is not standard MS so external applications/hardware have a tough time communicating with it... Imagine how mad you would be if you had a full hardware cockpit and couldn't use it ;( Everything else in FsP works with the LVL-D though, -Paul Re: lds 767 and commands for entering alt+airspeed+altitude - DanSteph - 11-07-2005 then it must be a LEVEL D DLL or something that "eat" the keyboard command before they arrive to FsP. try to set another key in FsP (CTL+SHF+5) for example for heading if it work, that's it... LEVEL D "eat keyboard" key "H" Dan Re: lds 767 and commands for entering alt+airspeed+altitude - Big Vern - 11-07-2005 Also the LDS-767 has seperate ILS radio on the pedestal. Re: lds 767 and commands for entering alt+airspeed+altitude - almoto - 11-07-2005 The pss A340-200 has the same issue but its not a biggie for me Re: lds 767 and commands for entering alt+airspeed+altitude - dolbinau - 12-07-2005 This is common among most advanced simulations, If they want to realistically represent the autoflight system they cannot use default systems. |
