One thing I can't figure out - vollmey - 09-07-2005

I set up Champion air a real world airline for fun. Using the Dreamfleet 727 I can't get FS ATC to say "Champion Air" It says Boeing and
then the ICAO identifier and then the flight #. What have I done wrong??

You've done nothing wrong and there's no bug. FsP collects data from Flt Sim as you fly to perform. The name of your company & flight
number are separate from what's in Flt Sim itself. In order to get ATC to say what you want like that, you'd have to modify the files in Flt
Sim which would also involve recording & placing a small voice pack and text mod.

Ok, so ATC saying Champion air, FSpassenger over rides the Editvoice pak that I have installed??? Maybe I am not making myself a
100% clear. All I want is FS ATC to say whatever airline that I have chosen, weather it's United or Southwest or Champion Air.

Am I making sense??? Smile

You can change ATC settings of FsP in the option and get "back" to the Fs2004 ways.
