Problem of lights - dagnon - 09-07-2005 Hello Dan an congratullation for your add-on. It's really really amazing. I've made a little flight for testing, and it seems that the landing light of the PSS A32S aren't working properly. I think that Fsp doesn't understand when I've switch on and off these lights. It's the same problem for the seat belt sign of the aircraft doesn't work too. So, I have to do it with the keystroke. Is it a known issue ? Is there any solutions for it ? Re: Problem of lights - DanSteph - 09-07-2005 In this case it might come from the fact that light function of PSS seem to no be connected at all with Fs2004 values (they are used only internally I bet ?) but it's strange I'm sure somes tester had it and this was not reported. About Belt ALL belt button you can find on various aircraft are FAKE that don't command anything the value "BELT" don't exist at all in Fs2004. If you want a belt button that work with FSP see doc "10k Add a belt button on your panel" Hope it help Dan Re: Problem of lights - savage - 09-07-2005 Belt doesn't exist yes, but I too fly the PSS 320 and 340s... I can report the same issue with the lights... In all honesty though, I think this is more a PSS issue than a FsP one... Re: Problem of lights - dagnon - 09-07-2005 I think too. Is it possible to make a little panel for Fsp with a seat belt button and the light buttons ? Re: Problem of lights - JayKae - 09-07-2005 The light button I don't know about but for the seatbelt button I refer to the last part of the manual Dagnon Re: Problem of lights - dagnon - 09-07-2005 And if I do it with the keyboard, what are the keys ? Is it O for the strobe light and CTRL+L for the landing light ? Re: Problem of lights - dagnon - 10-07-2005 Up Re: Problem of lights - DanSteph - 10-07-2005 Yes with keyboard it would work I wonder why those plane don't use the Fs2004 value for light it seem it's the issue here. CTL+L is the panel light I think I'm not a pro in Fs2004 keyboard key... L can be used I think but you have to change the default FSP key "L" dedicated to altimeter setting to get the L back... Perhaps watching in the Fs2004 keyboard sheet ? Dan Re: Problem of lights - dagnon - 10-07-2005 I did it with the keyboard now. But that would be great to have a little panel like for the seat belt button. Perhaps for a next release ? Re: Problem of lights - DanSteph - 10-07-2005 About light gauge sorry no, this is a PMDG problem, they choosed to make their button "Fake" without using the light value of Fs2004 FsP cannot correct the "bug" of others add-ons. Dan Re: Problem of lights - dagnon - 10-07-2005 Ok, but it's not PMDG, it's PSS. I'll manage with the keyboard. |
