Hello there! It would be great if you could change the difficulty 100% so that new players (Or just players who don'the care about flaps) get money instead of
being fined, thanks for reading

You can do so already. Please refer to the FSpassengers documentation for editing/disabling penalties.

Mak, on your pc go to "Start"....."All Programs".....FS Passengers folder....Documentation. Hope this helps
