You can give a try but I don't think FsP will work in a shared cockpit environment. Also, I don't believe there is a work around to be successful.
Of course you could run it on your side and inform your FO of any issues. Your FO would not be able to hear the FsP sounds,etc.

Actually now that I think about it. I would simply turn off failures and load (both passenger and fuel) since the dash has it's own interface for loading and has built in
failures anyway.
I would use it only to log flights.
It should work for that, correct?

Be careful, from past experience you will get tire blown landings if you are the co-pilot due to lag. Best to turn them off.
