Menu External mode or separate windows - MrJ - 24-12-2015
Good morning pilots and developers, i have problems to read menu into the screen with high resolution setting. Exist any mode to incrase menu dimensions or else how to run fspassenger menu in separate windows?
My screen ( sim screen ) hare 2 meters from me, with 1920*1080 it is not possible to read menu.
Any solution about that?

Are you speaking of the FSX menu bar or the FsP mini display?
This is not a customizing topic, so I will move the thread over to FsP General.

I'm hoping there is a way to get bigger text windows in the picture below. (Windows dpi settings is not good)
The best thing would be to open these windows, including "Mini Panel" in separate windows

Per Dan's response to another member:
That's typically a problem of windows "global scaling", you did change the default DPI display of your windows.
Solution:
-make it default again (see here: http://www.pcworld.com/article/2098586/how-to-make-the-windows-desktop-look-good-on-high-dpi-displays.html )
-Make an exception for FsX so it have the default DPI. (same link)
Windows High DPI is know to cause all sort of problems for various programs, it can also render your text blurry.
there is different and better ways to increase text size.

sorry that is not good solution about me.
I'm search to work at 100% DPI then is not possible to modify it.
