Try moving your Public Documents folder to a different drive.

If you right click on the Public Documents Folder then goto the Location Tab you can change the location to another drive.
Say for example the default location is
C:\Users\Public\Documents
you could change it to
D:\Public\Documents
then click move.

Then rinse and repeat for your other public folders if you so wish.

N.B. Some suggest doing all this in Safe Mode.

Nice thinking m8, however not possible to change the default location , for example:
C:\Users\Public\Documents, can't even change the C into G Wink
Indeed maybe in safe mode ....

Re: C:\Users\Public\Documents\FsPassengers - hawkbs - 01-07-2015

Yup you can change it, Google is your friend.
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-files/how-can-i-move-default-location-of-public-folders/924138a5-bdb2-4ab4-870b-57b3a8b8ff44?auth=1

Theres also a few videos around on Youtube showing how to change the Public Folders locations

also

Quote:When you right-click one of the Public folders, click Properties and select the Location tab, the buttons Restore Default, Move, and Find Target may be missing. As a result, you’re unable to move Public folders such as Public Desktop, Public Documents, Public Music, Public Pictures and Public Videos.

Microsoft article KB933127 provides a workaround for this problem. It suggests that you disable User Account Control (UAC) temporarily, restart Windows and then relocate the Public folder(s). Once done, re-enable UAC and restart Windows.

Another option is to login as administrator or equivalent in Safe mode and move the Public folders.

which is more than likely your problem, you have UAC on.
