Multiple Pilots in a Company - Werewolf13 - 24-06-2013
With $70M to start buying stuff, acquiring multiple Aircraft is fairly easy. Start out at a large airport. Create multiple pilots to fly them?
Right?
I have no clue because I can see no way to use thoe extra pilots and aircraft I created and bought. If they're not good for anything then what's the
point of making a bunch of money and buying more planes?
What am I missing here?

The more planes you have, the bigger the fleet bounus will be. Don't count on it every time though. The program will arbitraraly decide if
your other planes flew or not. As for other pilots I personaly find them useless. The more pilots you have the longer it takes each of them
to progress.

I've established a new Island hopping company in the Caribbean. My first pilot died.in a catastrophic crash after 8 successful flights.. I've replaced
him with two new pilots. A male and a female. They share their flying responsibilities. One flies the outbound routes and the other flies the inbound
routes. It's too early to tell how this strategy is going to work. I should think that it's basically all about REVENUE for the Active Company. If it's all
about making your pilots simply survive...that's a mistake that should be corrected in the program. ...My thoughts...

I have a question to ask if you do not mind. How do I hire more pilots to run my company like 2 or 3. I have one pilot only in my company and would

You can't hire pilots per say, but you can create more and then
choose which one to fly with.
It's a bit pointless though, as instead of accumulting all your flying
hours and points into one pilot, they instead will just be spread out
depending on who you fly with.
I just have the one pilot in my company (me), so all my flying
hours and points are all added to my tally. If I had multiple pilots it
would have taken a lot longer than it has done to get to C8 level
and be able to start flying the commercial jets.
I suppose the only benefit of having multiple pilots with similar
flying hours is that if one dies, you don't have to start all over
again. By just having the one, you're kind of putting all your eggs
into one basket and should you crash and die, you're gonna have
to start all over again with a new pilot at C1, flying SEPs again.

How do I create more pilots with a company already started or do I need to start over again with a new company and create pilots from there.

You can create more for an already made company. I don't have
the computer in front of me right at this moment but I think there's
an item on the drop-down fspassengers menu within fsx, that's
named something along the lines of "create new pilot".

Stupid question: I forgot how to change pilots for a flight. I have three. The top pilot can fly multiengine but the company doesn't have the $ to buy
the baron yet, so I am trying to fly #2 pilot and get her through the reatings but I can't seem to get her to command.
