since december 2008 we are waiting for a new version of FS Passengers, there is a text on the update page:

Notice a new version with more update is planned soon (within one or two month, please check often)

and the only reaction of the moderator "whiskey-zulu" to that new topic:

is to say "Search the forums."

Whow!! Really I love that program, but that support and communication with a customer is absolutely not tolerable for me!!

Yep, FSPassengers was my all-time favorite addon (I was using it with FS9 also), I didn't do a single flight without it. Now I'm using the other one
which simulates dispatch.. because the support is outstanding and the developer is communicating with customers and taking and implementing the ideas
from people.. so the product is evolving all the time. I'm not saying FSPassengers is lacking anything but it's just nice to see that things are
progressing... with the other addon they are, with FSPaX.... sadly, not.

I used to recommend FSPaX to everybody, in RL, on forums, everywhere... now, I'm recommending the other addon.

Before anyone posts on the forums, it is their responsibility to aquaint themselves with the Forum Rules. Any post regarding the update will be met
with the response, "search the forums" until Dan, the only developer of this program gives us any more news on the update he has promised.

Yes, I agree with shmiko. I asked that questions a few weeks ago and until now there is not a real answer yet. I think the big questions is
Where is Dan? and What is he doing?

Those, "where is Dan", and, "what is he doing" are questions we moderators have asked ourselves. We only have the same methods as every other member
of these forums to get hold of him, nor are we employees of his. Each moderator here has purchased one or both versions of FSP and has had some sort
of issue with it in the past.

schmiko , I assume you did not include the name to the 'other' add-on because your thread would have been insta-modded into never-
never land.

Could you please PM me the name of the 'other' add-on you have had experience with? Although I have used FSPax for quite some time
now, my feelings about it are somewhat similar to yours.

Update?

If it needs an update, which I don't think it does, there will be one when it's decided it's necessary . I've not had a single problem with
FSPassengers since I bought it round 2 years ago. I've had questions,yes, and they have been answered.

No problems with support for me.

I'm tired of all these questions about the updates as well.

Well... not so much tired, but more as I gave up hope for ANY update.
