FSPASSENGERS abort in the middle of flight?? - xsailor - 27-09-2009
This is happening to me the second time and it's incredibly annoying. I was flying from Charlotte Douglas to montreal and in mid flight, while I was
cycling thru the views of the plane watching it, it suddenly said "Fspassengers aborted" at the top of the screen. I didn't do anything, didn't hit
any shortcuts whatsoever.
Anyone had this problem? I think it's a serious glitch that needs to be fixed immediately. It's very annoying especially when flying transatlantic
flight for 10 hours and it suddenly aborts itself.

Please use the search function for this particular issue. In FSX, it has happened before. It may not be attributed to FsPX, maybe Vista
perhaps. You didn't specify your OS, whether it's FsPX, FsP,etc.

I searched it but there was no valid answer to it.

So, you didn't try to search in the FsP support forum either? I entered "FsPX and Vista" and came up with quite a few threads that could
possibly help you, like this one perhaps?

Try uninstalling FsPX and reinstall it...backing up your database first of course. Copy the database folder back into the FsPX folder when
you get FsPX reinstalled. The Vista part stumps me since I don't use Vista and never will

I don't really want to do that. After all, what makes you sure that it won't happen again? What's causing this? Is there going to be an update for this?

It just did it again. It's usually hap happening while in high rates, and cycling thru the views.
Would that have something to do with it?

I had that happening with Vista 64. The only "solution" is to reinstall and wait for it to happen again in couple flights.
