Flight Plan Confusion - fscaptain - 25-08-2009
When I Make An IFR Flight Plan And Choose My Crusing Altitude For FL300 ATC Always Always Tells Me To Fly At 6,000 Feet And Then Sometimes To 15,000
Feet What Is Going On!?

When ATC gives you your clearance "as filed" they will stair step you to your requested alt.
