Heyooooo.
I am currently thinking about making a website that solely provides in flight entertainment (films, videos, music, etc)
I have a way to get round all the legalities of this so dont worry.
Who would be intrested in it, or would use it when it is open?
There will also be a desktop application that access' the website for easy access =]

To make it work is pretty simple Relichd.... nothing a DL and extraction to the folder of choice cant handle
You know the folder outline of FSP as well as we all do
Hmmm, a way around isn't the same as legally warranted....
Its a way of pirating anyone elses hard work in a way non-tracable, AKA hacking.

Either that or i get offshore hosting spcifically for this.

Its legal since I only provide the links, if you feel like going copyright mad one someone, do it on the websites that have the content, since i only
get the links.

Mentioning they are from YouTube and you are only linking them does not carry any weight in law. The mere fact you are using files from YouTube does
not clear you of copyright law, in fact, as the creator of a program using such files makes you personally responsible.
Also, I have to concur with my collegues, that your program does appear to relate to FSPassengers to any outsider.
FSPassengers is not related to your program in any way so if you would kindly remove any links and marks to FSPassengers from your program there will
not be an issue at hand.
Hope you do get this solved before the first company-lawyers come knocking on your door.
Overall the idea is good and needs just a little more work.
