So I want to buy to aircraft, and I have two pilots, can I fly with one and the computer with the other, or something like that?

Nope ...not possible.
Would be a nice feature ....but i dont think it can be implemented in FSX ...or FSPX.

This is probably not what you're asking, but what you could do is fly with one pilot first, then adjust the time and fly with the other, so those
flights take place at the same "time."
