Load editor? - lot737 - 10-07-2005 Hi, FsP looks great. I will probably buy it soon. I've one question. How does FsP work with default load editors of PSS, PMDG, Level-D, etc? For example, I'm entering number of pax, cargo and fuel to the Level-D load editor. Then what should I enter in FsP load editor? I like this program, but I'm worry about some conflicts between the load editors. Can someone explain me how does it work? Thank You Jack Re: Load editor? - Big Vern - 10-07-2005 There may be a clash with PMDG 737 - see my other topic on the subject (though the aircraft does fly okay). Re: Load editor? - lot737 - 10-07-2005 Thanks for reply. I will try PMDG later and see how it works here. I still can't figure out how FsP works with the default load editors. I set some number of passengers in PSS 340 load editor, then I can't set the same amount in FsP editor. So when I'm using FsP editor, the default PSS editor numbers doesn't matter, right? Thanks Re: Load editor? - DanSteph - 10-07-2005 if you DON't touch fuel slider in payload editor of FSP the fuel remain exactly as you set it with PMDG or other external editor.... about passengers yes this is reseted, the reason is that NOBODY in world NOR FsP can guess how much passengers or cargo are loaded while looking into aircraft.cfg An aircraft cfg look about like that: station.1 = weight 6340 lbs station2.= weight 3546 lbs station.3 = weight 3896lbs so 6340 what ? egg ? peoples ? milk ? cargo ? if people how much weight per people ? that's the reason. Dan Re: Load editor? - Big Vern - 10-07-2005 If it's a CG issue (presumably centre of gravity) could it be because FSP is not fully loading the wing tanks before the centre tank is filled? I recollect when I took off with full fuel tanks this message did not appear and unfortunately FSP does not permit you to transfer fuel between the tanks in the default load editor. Re: Load editor? - DanSteph - 10-07-2005 As I said before if you don't touch the fuel slider in FsP it remain exactly loaded as you set it in external loader... appart for the passengers of course Dan Re: Load editor? - PaulAH - 10-07-2005 Quote:DanSteph wrote: ..and the CG will be similarly unchanged? cheers Paul Re: Load editor? - DanSteph - 10-07-2005 sure... appart from the passengers load... Dan Re: Load editor? - PaulAH - 10-07-2005 Quote:DanSteph wrote: Ah, right. Thanks Dan. Is it possible to make the passengers weigh nothing? cheers Paul Re: Load editor? - DanSteph - 10-07-2005 sure... don't load any ![]() Dan Re: Load editor? - PaulAH - 10-07-2005 ![]() ..er, no seriously. Is there a CFG I can tweak for this? cheers Paul Re: Load editor? - DanSteph - 10-07-2005 I'm not sure what you want to do... basically you want that FsP don't touch at all your weight ? but why do you want to do that ? FsP include almost real weight per passengers and such perhaps not as visually appealing then pmdg loader but sure quite accurate... (and the result is exactly the same, a few station point loaded) no zero passengers sorry... Dan Re: Load editor? - PaulAH - 10-07-2005 OK, thanks. (I'm talking about Altitude Concorde BTW, where CG is everything. I don't want the fuel or CG to be anything other than what is displayed on my gauges.). cheers Paul Post Edited ( 07-10-05 18:29 ) |
