My bank account charged THREE times after purchasing FSPaxX - WebMaximus - 03-01-2009
Hi,
Bought FSPaxX on the 23'rd of Dec and just noticed my bank account has been charged 3 times so it ended up to be a very expensive
add-on...I just sent a message to SIMFLIGHT/SimMarket regarding this and hope that will help me get my money back since I for obvious
reasons don't like to pay for FSPaxX three times...
Anyone else had similar problems? This is the first time anything like this has happened to me and I have bought LOTS of stuff on
Internet during the years.

Yes, had the same problem, queried simmarket and they said it was not their issue. I did not get a chance to query the bank for a few days, at which
point two of the payments had been refunded. So either (a) the bank spotted it and fixed it, or (b) simmarket was to blame and quickly fixed it after
I complained.
Raise a support ticket with simmarket, quoting your reference number and see what happens. Share and Enjoy! OzBob

OK, at least it's good to know I'm not the first one and equally good to hear you got your money back in the end - will wait and see what
kind of response I get from the message I sent to SimMarket and if necessary I will talk to my bank as soon as they are open again after
the weekend.
