How come we have to declare emergency no matter how unimportant the error is?
I'm suffering from a fuel leak on the approach to VEPT, but I've got over half of my tanks worth of fuel, I don't think my pax need to know about it

You don't have to declare an emergency for a fuel leak, especially if its not going to cause you to divert to a different destination. But if you
don't have enough fuel to make the original destination, declaring an emergency will save you from the "wrong airport" penalty.

I believe cancelling destination should be sufficient for a fuel leak.
