I was doing a test flight and the plane crashed all the 131 people died and this is the report
Overall Flight Result: Crash
Pilot Bonus points: 50 points
You made a very smooth landing. (+50)
Pilot's Penalty points: -1050 points
Crash! You hit the ground with an impact speed of -56 ft/mn. There was no failure aboard this aircraft before the crash and many
passengers died because of pilot error. (-850)
You created some excess G-force in flight, that's not compatible with commercial aircraft. (-200)
In memory of the pilot who died these penalty points will not
be recorded in his log and his last rank will be maintained.

well if it was a paper plane i would say that -56ft/m could tear your wings apart, but this is very strange?!?! but hey thats what test flights
are there for right?

Hmm... This happened to me once and usually happened when an AI aircraft hit me (or the other way around XD) or there's some unseen bug on the scenery
(I know a YPJT-Jandakot airport scenery that does this)
