Oops!
By habbit when flying, I will accelerate to 330 Kts. This flight I am flying at 9,000 Ft and accidentally typed in "V 330".
If I ask for clearance to speed up under 10,000 after speeding up, will I still get fined?

If you got clearance, I believe you won't get fined. Even if you got your clearance after exceeding 250 knots.
