Pilot Career Beta - azoarffguy - 10-09-2006 Hey, I downloaded the Pilot Career Beta and it seems pretty cool...Only problem, how do I get my first job? I started the program, added a new pilot and I can't do anything. No help menu came with program either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Re: Pilot Career Beta - Airliner - 10-09-2006 You need to get certified on an aircraft first. The jobs only display for aircraft you have been cleared on. I believe I put that in the readme file. Like FSP, the first aircraft you can get certified on are only SEPs, as they don't require any minimum hours. You can browse that sectino to view the requirements for each type. Re: Pilot Career Beta - American Jet - 10-09-2006 Can I get the link to download the beta? I cant find it... Re: Pilot Career Beta - azoarffguy - 11-09-2006 What I couldn't find out from the readme was how to get the "Pilot Career" to interact with flight sim and fspassengers. I did understand the part about needing to start in SEP. but I just couldn't figure out how to get the Career program to recognize me in it. And about the download. it's in the "More Downloads" then click the first box and select "others" click on "find". Go about 1/4 of the way down and you'll see it and an update right below. That's all there is to it. Re: Pilot Career Beta - Airliner - 11-09-2006 Quote:"Pilot Career" to interact with flight sim and fspassengers {sigh} Okay, for the umteenth time: Pilot Career DOES NOT interact with FS9 or FSP. It is a very simple, standalone program which operates independent of the two. The one in the downloads section is referred to as a beta because I hadn't yet made the connection to FS9 and given it the ability to auto-log flights. As my new project got going, I just abandoned making that connection. The readme was messed up on my comp. before, but worked fine now. and yes I knew it didn't actually LINK Up. Sorry for the confussion. Keep up the good work, nice programs!
