Passenger Service Poor? - GioNYC - 30-08-2006
I dont understand:
I fed my passangers,
I was under my airspeed,
made a soft landing and my passengers wer 100% satisfied.
Now my report says HORRIBLE, Service on Board was Poor, I was rated 84%

Maybe the pilot was in a purple haze during the flight?

Hmmm that's not common if ur 100% satisfaction before ending the fligh your result should be 100%. I've had flight sbeen 96-98% and when I unload it
turns 100% :D

You should probably go to your company manager and check there how much you spend on your service. You can set the quality of your
food & drink there.
