Once I had my 12 hour flight from KSFO to VHHH in B744 anyways I figured I'sd save fuel by turning off engine 1 & 4 and i did save fuel and
suprisingly the plane stayed airbourne but just about 10 mins from start of descend i felt the music in me and I had to go potty, so anyways my cat
jumped on the keyboard disenjaging the AP and then she started rubbing against the joystick so when I came back I saw my mom lauging in my room cause
she saw the whole thing and she did'nt do anything to stop my kitty, or at least she said it was the cat

Next time when you feel the Music , have you a plastic bottle handy, and for goodness sakes, keep the fur kid away from the
computerlol

I had a similar problem, with my old Commodore VIC20 - I was programming something all day one Saturday - not saving in between
sections, of course! I'm stupid Anyway, my little dog came in, walked under the desk and stepped on the power strip button! AGH!!!

Wall

In terms of stupid things done in a 737, look what I just did to my new PMDG 737NG! Busted the tail clean off! lol

a couple of days ago I miscaculated my fuel on a long flight... so I was about to land with 2% of fuel left I'm stupid Of course this is dumb, but not
insane... But it BECOMES insane, wenn you are a little bored on approach in your 767 and you forget for a second that your bird just needs some fuel
to keep its engines running... In a little moment of mental absence I clicked on this little GA-Button below the EIAS and on downwind I was sitting in
a glider plane lol

B737! Default...once i made a forum about my joystick didn´t work!

I made a route between EKVG-->EKCH.. and of course my little cat wanted some attention.. so i brought her upp... and whitout knowing it i pushed the Z
buttn as i was supposed to push Shift and CTRL and F for serving my food!

as i heardt the "eeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeee" i Quikly (am i spelling it right Wonder ) touched the Joystick wich still was plugged and Enabled
Rant... and had 16x speed so it would impossible for me to gain control!

first the plane made several loops as the Pax´es screamed (and the belt sign was off Rant ).. and then the stupid message came!

L and G.. we deeply sorry etc.!

and i didn´t crash... everything wen´t fine and i landed my airplane!

*cough. Ya Like. *cough!

lol

The stupidest thing I ever "witnessed" as a passenger in a real world B737 was after landing. The gangway came into position, the main exit opened,
then there was some noise and someone screamed (I couldn't see what happened, seat too far in the back). Shortly after that the FO announced that we
will have some delay while the ground crew gets some stairs to the rear exit. A flight attendant had checked if the emergency slide was functional,
and it was ... it had inflated right into the gangway!
