Heavy Subject - Flagstaff Flyer - 08-04-2006 Hey Fello Flyers, I didn't find anything with a seach so please help. Does the weight restriction in carrier mode refer to empty or max take-off? I just reached C6 last night and wanted to pick the best plane for the weight restriction. I've been leaning towards the Flight 1 ATR-72-500. It's empty weight is 28,550lbs and max t/o of 48,501lbs. C6 is 44,092. Thanks, PS. Has anyone found a good payware Gulfstream (preferably G5)? Re: Heavy Subject - FsP Dennis - 08-04-2006 F1 ATR 72-500 is a C6 aircraft Re: Heavy Subject - Flagstaff Flyer - 08-04-2006 Thanks, with all of it's good reviews I am off to buy it right now! Re: Heavy Subject - FsP Dennis - 09-04-2006 It's a nice aircraft ! nothing else to say... ![]() Re: Heavy Subject - jboweruk - 10-04-2006 Quote:FsP Dennis wrote: No, it's a great aircraft, NOW there's nothing else to say ![]() Re: Heavy Subject - Nasder - 10-04-2006 Actually, it's a superb aircraft... Re: Heavy Subject - fruitfly - 10-04-2006 Once upon a time there was a small barbershop in a little town. So little it had only one street. Than came another barber and put a sign "The best barber in town". Later on came another and wrote on his shopwindow "The best barber in the country". Sure enough, there came the third one and hesaid he was the best on the planet and in nearby galaxies. Having such competition, our poor barber from the begining was left with only one thing to do; he put a placard "The best barber in the street". BTW pretty hairy place, if you ask me....... now what was it that I wanted to say??? ![]() Post Edited ( 04-10-06 13:49 ) Re: Heavy Subject - Full_Throttle0 - 14-04-2006 Quote:fruitfly wrote: I don't get it, isn't the street part of the Galaxy, planet and country? Re: Heavy Subject - Valoran - 15-04-2006 yes, but all of the barber shops in question were on the same street. Hence the humor. Great joke, fruitfly, by the way. ![]() Re: Heavy Subject - Full_Throttle0 - 16-04-2006 but there could be more on the other side of world |
