Just mailed Dan for unblocking my code. I read somewhere he does it only on Mondays? Does that still hold good?

As far as I know this is still his process. However, if you do not hear from him tomorrow, email him. I know Dan is active
on his Orbiter web site, so that may be an alternative place to contact him in case he doesn't respond.

Have you checked your spam folder just in case his reply may have gotten there for some reason? It's quite possible he didn't reply at all.
I can attempt to email Dan about it but I may suffer the same fate as you.
In any event, keep emailing him. I'm afraid that's the only way to handle it.

Yes, I checked the spam folder. I almost have an alert set up for this.
Please can you attempt from your end if that's possible for you? I understand there may be no response there too.

I have sent him a "contact us" request on the orbiter website. I thank you for the lead to that at least :-)
