FSP on FS2004 does not respond - Hageneezz - 03-06-2020
Hi all,
So I am trying to run FSP on FS2004. I have succesfully installed FSP on Windows 10, and everything seemed to work.
I was able to create a company and purchase an airplane
But, when I am trying to load the aircraft, some buttons, like Set Destination, and Set Flight ID, are not responding, nothing happens
when I click them.
I have tried to install FSP using Windows XP coimp mode, and tried installing as admin.
I hope someone can help me get FSP to work!

I7-3770K
Nvidia 1050 GTI
Installed FS2004 on a separate SSD

That does not work either...It is not a very big deal, I only spent 5 EUR on FSP, but I remember using it
long time ago, while still on a Windows XP machine, and I enjoyed it so much...
I just recently rediscovered FS2004, and the many add ons I`ve bought over the years, would be awesome if
FSP would work too

Windows 10 is not a supported OS for FsP and FS9. I know that people have been able to get them to work together by virtue of the compatibility mode and others cannot. I suppose it depends on which directory you installed FS9 as well.
By the way, which directory did you install FS9? Programs(X86) perhaps?

FSP 2004 is officially compatible just with Windows XP as stated on the FAQ here http://www.fspassengers.com/?action=faq&ver=fs9&question=6
I know that many user have installed succesfully FS9 on W10, but the FsP 2004 library is compiled with Windows XP 32 old API's, so many windows dll addresses don't work simply because they were heavily changed since many years ago
The last try is to run FS9 in windows xp compatibility mode, but I don't bet that it'd work fine

J'ai eu le même problème. Il faut que tu ailles dans le mode de compatibilité de FS9 ( pas de FSpassengers ) et que tu désactives tous les modes si tu es sous windows 10.
