plane crashes for "unknown reasons" - paul775 - 04-04-2020

Hello lads,I've just got Fspassenger for fsx se, I'm experencieng continuous plane crashes during cruising for "unknown reasons".
The only addon I have is active sky,I disabled all failures (in the cfg file too),but without succeding.
I'm a bit disappointed it looks like I can't finish a flight (no problems without the addon).
anyone can help? thanks

Hi Paul, is this the beta version of -SE? If so, FsP is not compatible with it. You will need to revert to the earlier, non beta version. If you are using the non beta -SE, please post the install log and log.txt contents in your next reply. Those 2 documents are found in the main FsP folder.

Hi joe I'm quite sure it's not the beta version.

Looks like it installed correctly. However, it could be that your particular system may be hiding gremlins in the (X86) directory where -SE is installed. Usually the memory access violation code is the culprit due to the protections involved in that directory. I assume you have UAC turned off on your system? If not, turn it off and reboot. Then test a flight with a default aircraft. If UAC is turned off already, perhaps you may think about uninstalling -SE completely, reboot pc and re-install -SE in C:\FSX-SE, for example. Keeping it out of the (X86) directory can solve this issue.
