Rather than selecting destination, the passengers decide where they want to go or select from a few options in respect of the capabilities of the plane?

Have you ever done this in reality? I guess not, unless you hijacked a plane
The goal of FsPassengers is to make you fly as close as possible to reality, so IMHO this is not a great idea.

Haha no I think you misunderstood me. There would be a list of destinations available to fly on any given day and you choose which to go for then plan the flight.
On smaller aircraft think along the lines of charter - so yes the passenger(s) decide and you agree to the job.
Make sense?
I suppose thinking along those lines you wouldn't get an airline pilot deciding where you are going to fly today?

In the real world, airline pilots do not make the decision on the routes the airlines deem to be profitable or have better service levels. The demand has to be there for any airline to function. That's why all airlines have schedulers, planners, engineers, etc, to work out the best system form for the airline. The pilots simply carry out those schedules as safely, legally and reliably as they can.

Yes that's probably a better way of explaining it! Finding it a bit boring flying where I decide. Rather be given a destination and plan it

You could always join a VA to do this. I find it more enjoyable and challenging. Of course, in the real world I have been in the airline industry for nearly 26 years..air cargo to be exact
