[Solved]iFly 737 NG - Jcsk8 - 16-03-2019

Hello

Someone uses the iFly 737Ng with FSPassengers?

I´m having CTD while trying to load the aircraft.

Or they´re not compatible?

Thanks.

RE: iFly 737 NG - Joeflyer - 16-03-2019

I had the ifly 737 in FS9 for a long time and had no issues with it while using FsP. Have you looked in the Event Viewer to see what may be the cause of the CTD after it happens?

Think I´ve found how to do.

RE: iFly 737 NG - Joeflyer - 16-03-2019

Código de exceção: 0xc0000005...
One of the situations where you will see error code 0xc0000005 is when you get an Access violation error.
a) First, you should run your security software to scan out malicious programs. Viruses or malware on your computer (if any) can affect your system and cause 0xc0000005 error. You should run a virus scan before going to any further troubleshooting.

b) You can also disable Data Execution Prevention (DEP) for the program that has the problem. DEP is a built-in feature on Windows for protecting your computer. But some programs are not compatible with this feature and opening it will cause 0xc0000005 error.

To disable it:

i. Log in your Windows as administrator;

ii. Press Win + R and then enter “sysdm.cpl“;

iii. Click the Advanced tab. Click the Settings button.

iv. Click the Data Execution Prevention tab. Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select. Then click Add.

v. Open the problematic executable (.exe) files. Then click OK all the way out.

If this doesn't solve the problem, it may be a registry issue. But, try the above first and report back.
By the way, are you using Windows 10 or Win 7?

RE: iFly 737 NG - Jcsk8 - 16-03-2019

I´m using win10 pro.
Gonna try your suggestions above and will report.
Doing a fly with anoter aircraft right now and seems ok until now.

RE: iFly 737 NG - Jcsk8 - 16-03-2019

Reply. Did both. No viruses found, and removed the FS9 app from the DEP.
Problem persists.

Seems that their current fuel load system only works via config manager, or via aircraft CDU inside the sim.

I was able to do three flights, loading the fuel via config manager and empty the load.
Started the FSPassengers and only loaded pax and cargo. After that start flight (start boarding)
This way things worked ok. If i click in any option as set destination, or get ZFW it crashes.

I had to took note of the pax + cargo weights to insert in the CDU, but at least worked.

RE: iFly 737 NG - Joeflyer - 18-03-2019

It's got to be something in Win 10 doing this. Just so you know, the FS9 version of FsP is not supported with Win 10. It may be because of the protections Win 10 has.

RE: iFly 737 NG - Jcsk8 - 19-03-2019

No problem, Joe. I´m using it ok and having fun.
Thanks for your help.

I’m glad it’s working out for you
