Reinstall FSP for FSX, however, the unlock code was blocked. I sent the receipt by email.

The support response is usually not as fast as the purchase. There is a deadline for answering the problems of the application

Not sure if this happens every time someone re-installs FsP. I haven't received any information from Dan about the specific problem. It may be the installer that comes from where ever you purchased the program. Again, not for sure.

the purchase is made in flightsimstore. On the two occasions I installed, the same thing happened to me.

Hi All,
I am running into the same issue - serial blocked. I reinstalled FSPassengers X first bought in 2009 at simmarket. It works great until I had reinstalled after gsx level 2 update.
I have sent a number of emails (first was 19th September 2018) as per direction when having this issue. I am hoping that by posting on this forum I get a reply.
