FS Passenger Inflight Movies - bbugday - 17-03-2018
Hello,
As you know there are 6 movies available on fspax which you can rename and change the durations.
Is it possible to increase the number of movies that can be played?
That would be quite usefull pn long haul flights

In theory that would be good only if the virtual paxs really cared about the type and length of movie. I really don't know how useful adding more movies is to the virtual paxs. I suppose it's really to your preference that you have more to choose from. But, in the Movies_choices.cfg, you can see that Dan limited it to 6 movies:

I don't know if you have tried this, but when you wish to have another movie shown have you opened the menu to start another movie?
It works for me on long hauls.

Kimgsak, I believe we have originally misunderstood what you have been wanting to do. If it's a matter of changing the movie titles and duration, please replace one of the current movie titles and duration with whatever movie title and duration that you prefer...keep in mind the format that is mentioned in my first response, but first make a back up of the .cfg file just in case something goes wrong. That way you will have the original as a back up.
Perform a FsP flight to see if the movie you added shows up.

That's just it. There is no Movies_choices.cfg that I can find anywhere on my system! Nor is there an FsP Utilities option within the fs2004!

Still getting no where even with a clean re-install.
Guess I'm out of luck. I have checked every folder & file and there is no Movies_Choices anywhere that I can find.

You can't edit the movies list in FsP for fs2004. It's compiled into the dll itself.
That option was introduced in FsPassengersX

Thank you f3rr0 finally an answer. I'm disappointed I can't edit the file but I can live with it.
Is the move time set at a certain time length 1:30 or does it time random?
