Hi,
I do fly for two airlines. After doing the setup I couldn't transfer the pilot. So I created an identically profile for the second airline. But this is not very good.
Is there a way to delete the second profile? In the meantime it looks like the transfer would work.

No need to try and delete a similar company profile. Simply select the one you want to use and make it the active company. It doesn't interfere with anything.

I understand. But the problem is not having two airlines but rather two identically pilot profiles.

Are you having issues with the dual profile? If not, disregard it. I'm not totally certain if you can remove the other profile though.
