Is there a way to do this? I'm not clever with this kind of stuff so any help is appreciated.

There's an option to export as CSV (comma-separated values, plain text), which Excel can easily import.

Start FSX...go to FsP within game...open company manager....click on Statistics tab....click the button that says "Export flight CVS"
