On prepar3d 3.4 During the flight or landing too much turbulance Fspassenger gives Penalty Points Excite G-Limits.
How can i solve this..

Try to reduce Engine Power, or with 777 you can look at the main screen about "Thundestorm" and bypass the turbolence

Indeed the realistic thunderstorm up and downdraft rate should be un checked in the AS16 settings to keep this from happening.
