Crash after exit gate openning - orvos - 06-05-2017
Hi,
I am really looking for your help.
So basically my FSX-SE crashes every time I open the exit gate to load passengers. I have no idea what is causing it. I also have other add ons, like ASN, Pro-ATX and EZCA. The problem started recently, but I used to play ok before without a problem. I have re-installed FSpassengers, but that is not helping. I forgot to mention that i am using PMDG 737. Everything seems to work fine, until I open the exit door to load passengers, then the whole system crashes. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Orvos, sorry for the delay in getting someone to respond. Our professional lives tend to get in the way sometimes.
I have been noticing more people posting about -SE problems, so I'm wondering if there was a -SE update recently.
If so, that could be causing the issues. Like Prepar3D, any time there is an update with it, FsP has problems.
For the record, Dan Polli is the sole developer and customer service. He rarely shows up on the forums. It's up to many of
us customers to troubleshoot various issues that may arise. Yes, I am a customer, too.
Possibly you can post the install log contents here. it resides in the main FsP folder within your Documents directory. We can start with that part first.

Thank you Joe, I was anxious I wouldnt get a reply, and so sadly I have deleted every add on along with FSX and installed everything. Apparently the issue with Fspassenger and door opening is resolved, but now EZCA camera fails to load with some "Access violation" error . It is never over with this FSX, the amount of money and time I spent on this piece of ... and never getting to enjoy it is just frustrating.

No problem. FYI, it's best to install one addon at a time and test thoroughly before installing another and so on. If -SE is installed in the (X86) Program Files, likely you will get access violation crashes or errors. Some do not have this problem, however. It is totally dependent on one's system and how Win7 or Win10 is configured. At any rate, I don't know if you have full rights to your OS, but check this as well. I do believe others have been able to install -SE outside of the (X86) directory but can't be 100% sure if Steam will allow it.
