Buying Aircraft - Southern_Redneck - 10-02-2017
I am having an issue when buying an aircraft. I am trying to buy an A2A Piper PA-24 but no matter where or when I can never find one that is new. The TTAF is always minmum 4000+ hours on it already. Is there something I am missing or doing wrong? Any help would be great!

Hello, the PA-24 250 ceased production in 1972, so there will not be any new aircraft to choose from. You will need to choose from the lowest time, best maintained PA-24 250 from the choices you see. Of course the maintenance costs may be higher because of the age of the aircraft, and the likelihood of more failures could occur.
