Rolling back P3D to v3.3? - CDreier - 28-11-2016

I'm considering rolling my P3D installation from v3.4 to 3.3 due to VAS issues.  My question is whether my current version of FSP will need to be reinstalled or rollbacked for it to work? If so, what needs to be done?

Are you going to fully uninstall 3.4 and then re-install 3.3? Yes, you would obviously need to re-install FsP. The current version should work even with 3.3.
I'm quite sure if you are "rolling back" the Client and Content you would likely need to re-install FsP. Wouldn't most addons break anyway if you uninstall and then re-install Client?

I plan to simply delete and reinstall the client and content portions. This is the recommended rollback procedure from LM.

I've always made it a habit to perform a complete uninstall and re-install of P3D just to make sure nothing gets out of sync. At any rate, it's likely best if you make a back up of your current database before you roll things back.
