Hi, I was running the FSX with FsPassengers for around 4 hours. Suddenly, during the middle of the flight the FsPassengers program did not respond. Please take a look the video: https://vimeo.com/189889317
Now I have to land in EGLL without FsPassenger program
. I have wasted whole time. Could you please help me.

Sorry, when I clicked the "End Flight" in the FsPassengers menu the FSX got crashed so I lost the log files. By the way, I am using the Steve's DX10 Scenery Fixer as well as SweetFX, and REX. So is that something to do with the addons? Not sure why the program stopped completely.

Does this happen on each flight? If not, maybe there is something else going on here that is causing the issue.
The next time FsP quits working and/or FSX crashes, please post the Event Viewer information along with the log.txt
and install log. This information may give us a clue.

I am having this same problem. Happened with my first FSP flight (just purchased it). Happened at the end of the flight after passengers got off, I could not end the flight. None of the menu items responded. I will be flying tomorrow again and will see it does it. But it is quite a bummer after completing a whole flight to not be able to end it and capture the accomplishment in FSP.
Hopefully a solution is identified or it is a one time glitch.

Happened again today for a flight from KDCA to KJAN. Seems to be random. Can we get some help on this? I thought I did pretty good on the flight with my new FSP procedures. Is there a log somewhere that might have the information of the flight? I would at least like to see the summary even if it doesn't get logged for my pilot.

Leinhto, you can post the event viewer information when the crash occurs, as well as the log.txt and install log...these 2 are found in the main FsP folder. I think the Event Viewer information will likely provide the best information since the issue seems to be random.

Ok. But for me FS does not crash, just i am unable to click on the end flight option for FSP. Nothing happens with any options on the FSP menu. FSX works fine though.
I started another flight so I will send the logs after this.

I don't see any errors that would cause this. The only thing that I can see that could possibly interfere is having FSX installed in the Programs (x86) directory, which is not always advisable. Some people don't have a issue with it but others do because of protection issues that come with this directory.
Usually people install FSX in C:\FSX...outside of the x86 directory. I'm not saying this is the cause and effect, but it's a possibility.
Do you have any environmental enhancements like SweetFX or ENB series? How about the uiautomationcore.dll within the main directory of FSX?

I don't have SweetFX or ENB. I do have uiautomationcore.dll in the fsx directory.
apparently this issue is not just occurring at the end of the flight but right at kickoff. I was trying to change the inflight movie and noticed none of the FSP menu items responded so it may be occurring in the beginning of flight and i don't notice it until at the end when i am trying to end the flight.
Is there a feature to auto end the flight after passengers have deboarded? This would solve the issue if think if the menu goes south.
Or since the mini pop works can that box be enhanced to include some of the menu options especially end flight?

Are you using the mini display all of the time? Perhaps you can try a test flight without the mini display visible and see if you can access the FsP menu that way. Use the hot keys for drinks, food,etc. See if this may work. When was the last time you updated video card drivers?

I prefer not to use hotkeys. I try to use as least keyboard as possible. I will check the display drivers. Disabling the mini display defeats the purpose in my opinion, more menu navigation needed. Especially considering the mini-display IS working. If only it had an end flight option...i would be golden.
I will try updating my display driver. Not sure why that is an issue as all other menu options work included my add-on gauges.

The sole purpose of this exercise is get to a resolution, correct? The process of elimination is the way to do it. If you don't want to test as I suggested then unintsall FsP, reboot pc, and then re-install FsP. Of course make a backup of the database folder BEFORE you uninstall FsP so that you can retain company progress. If you do re-install, delete the NEW database and copy the saved one into the main FsP folder. Test again. If that doesn't work, there may be some other issues going on with your system and not necessarily the FsP program itself. Cannot tell you how many times that ended up being the case.

Gotcha. I thought that was the solution. Will give it a try. Unfortunately, when I launch FSX I can't even start the flight in FSP. The menu does not respond. I will have to do the uninstall reinstall.
