Hi Guy's loaded my A320 up with PAX and its not allowing me to load them the Display is not registaring the doors are open when they are? any ideas

Sometimes key maps can be in conflict with one another...especially between addons. Seems to me there may be a conflict, so you should go through your addons to ensure there are no conflicts.
Here's a good thread to get you started, but it refers to PMDG aircraft. The same can likely apply to your A320:

I think the main problem with the FSLabs A320 is that this plane doesn't have a regular parking brake. The parking brake is implemented via constantly breaking instead of the standard parking brake. But FSPassengers doesn't accept this kind of parking brake solution so you cannot start a Flight

Seriously? That is VERY strange. So, using Ctrl + . doesn't work at all before loading pax?? I thought this was a door issue instead of a parking brake issue. If it's a parking brake issue, maybe you should delve into the aircraft .cfg and create a parking brake
I use the Aerosoft A318/319/320/321 and never had this sort of problem.

Maybe it's possible to cheat in fspassengers so that a set parking break is no longer needed to start a flight?

Parking brake is special indeed. Other addons like GSX helped here to detect the parking brake.
Please fix the door as well (door status is not recognized).
The seatbelt sign would be really cool as well!

GSX adjusted their product to detect the FSLABS parking brake some months ago. Make sure you use latest version of GSX. I never had problems with it.
As said, I have problems with the main door and it would be great if FSPAX can do something here. However, it seems to me this product is dead...?!

And it's likely GSX is interfering with the door as well?
Sometimes it does seem the product support is "dead" since Dan disappears for weeks and months at a time. It gets frustrating for me as well.

FSLABS works with LUA variables. Any chance to take them into account?

Is the cause of the aircraft
It's no use, it's a scam
I use FSPASSEGER on all my flights with PMDG and it works perfectly but with A320 FSLAB it does not work
Fslab does not know what has created the plane has many errors,

@Juan i notice the copy paste into this thread. Oh as i didnt mention it in the other thread you might want to check your spellings
