How to upgrade: On the Prepar3D.com Downloads page, enter your license ID and password (found under “Description” on your invoice) Download only the Install_Client.msi file: Open the Control Panel from the Windows start menu, and click Uninstall a program Under Programs Find "Prepar3D * Client" (where the asterisk (*) is the Prepar3D v3 variant (Academic, Professional, or Professional Plus) Right click it, select Uninstall, and then follow the instructions on the wizard.
