[Solved]bglmanx.dll error - Elfynh - 10-04-2016 Hi I'm having issues getting FsPassengers to run in P3D 3.2 with Addon manager from FSDreamteam. I can get one or other to run but not both if they installed together. I have seen another thread with this issue and re-installing addon manager appeared to fix the issue. I have uninstalled everything that uses addon manager and then installed and run FsPassengers. This worked fine until I installed GSX and the addon manager (latest version) when the "bglmanx.dll - Entry Point Not Found" error came back. At this point if I uninstall either GSX or FsPassengers P3D starts again without issue. Many Thanks Elfyn RE: bglmanx.dll error - SamTDS - 11-04-2016 (10-04-2016, 08:59 PM)Elfynh Wrote: Hi Have you tried not using an addon manager at all as far as I can tell you just have gsx and fsp which are compatible together RE: bglmanx.dll error - Elfynh - 11-04-2016 (11-04-2016, 12:17 AM)SamTDS Wrote:(10-04-2016, 08:59 PM)Elfynh Wrote: Hi Its the addon manager which comes with GSX, FsDreamteam and flightbeam addons (which I have most of) thats the issue and they don't work without the built in manager. If I uninstall the addon manager GSX and the airports no longer work. Without the other addons, does FsP work properly? If so, FsP is likely not the culprit. Many people expect most addons to work in harmony with one another, but in fact this is not the case all of the time. Usually it's one little gremlin that can foul up the entire process...not necessarily one in FsP. RE: bglmanx.dll error - Elfynh - 11-04-2016 no luck. I installed just FsPassengers with the Addon manager alone with same outcome. The rest of the error message is: The procedure entry point SimConnect_Text could not be located in the dynamic link library Simconnect.dll. I have installed every version of simconnect that is needed for the PMDG aircraft. Not sure if another one is needed, but then why would the programs work ok on their own if it was. I'm begining to think I need to do a clean install of P3D but hoping not. I have alot of stuff to install and this is very time consuming. Usually it's one little gremlin that can foul up the entire process...not necessarily one in FsP. I'm not sure what the trigger is. Both items work fine on their own just not together. I was hoping someone here or over at the dreamteam forums had had the issue and found a solution. I came here first because the problem started when I installed FsP. As I've said with some troubleshooting I've found both work alone but not together and it doesn't matter what order I install them Right I have managed to find the issue. P3D has two dll.xml files. One in program data/lockheed Martin and one in the users/..../appdata/roaming folder. upon installing FsP the Addon entry in one (can't remember which) went missing so I manually re-added it and all is working fine. RE: bglmanx.dll error - Joeflyer - 12-04-2016 I had forgotten about the 2 dll.xml files. Haven't messed with P3D in a while, so I need to get reacquainted ![]() Glad you got it sorted ![]() |
