Hello, I recently bought FSPassengers and found out you can hire more pilots. My question was. Will the pilots that you are not flying with fly flights for your airline or do you need to select them as the pilot you are flying with to get them some flight hours?

So will the hours like spread out over all your pilots or just the pilot you fly with? I still don't really understand. Will my other pilot fly flights for himself or not?

Basically, you can only fly with one pilot at a time. So, if you decide to have several pilots in your company, the program doesn't spread the hours among 3 pilots or choose which pilots are flying what routes. That's why I have one pilot in my company
