how would I edit pilot log - harry8227 - 10-03-2016

I was flying a 737 at 250 knots on auto pilot. I got hit with some kind of head wind that jumped the speed to 369 knots without changing anything and got hit with a 300 point penalty as a result for a dangerous maneuver. I have auto local weather on and weather is not good where I was flying so evidently there are wind shears or something. At any rate docking a penalty for something like weather is not right. The plane was bouncing around a lot. I want to remove the penalty.

Harry, Motormike has the ultimate suggestion Smile I would say most simmers have this great piece of software that takes care of the drastic wind shifts. Also, if you choose to stay with the default weather in FSX,etc, you can purchase a license for FSUIPC and let it handle the wind smoothing for you:

By the way, once you get hit with the penalty, there is no removing it Wink

1) Backup your database often.
2) Restore from your backup.

Problem solved.
