Contenental Airlines EMERGENCY - Jetsgo - 02-05-2006

I can't get to CNN right now, but my friend is telling me that there is an emergency on a Contenental ERJ145 with 45 passengers on
board - something to do with the tires, and it does not appear to be in any condition to land. Fool

I just saw it of Fox News. Its circling to burn fuel and they plan to land on runway 15.

It's ridiculous that a thread like this gets so many more posts than an A320 going down with 100 people.... where is your compassion.

Perhaps folks are just sick of all the bad news all the time. It's nice to celebrate a bit of good news once in awhile. Also, this post was up
well before the other one so it's had more time to accumulate posts. Just MHO. :cheers:

I was very excited when they landed safely. I had a feeling everything was gonna be alright. Pilots are trained for these kind of situations
and they know how to react.

I don't know yet. Its probably not known at this moment but investigators are working on it. I know they blew on takeoff, but I don't now how.
