boeing Out-of-Production Models - calumd - 26-04-2006 hey did every1 else no tht boeing stop produceing 757, DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, MD-11, MD-80, MD-90 because i didnt Re: boeing Out-of-Production Models - ivo - 26-04-2006 I knew it. Planes like the DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, and the MD-80 are old models. The MD-11, MD-90, and the 757 are realitively new models, but the demand for them isn't high, and newer models are replacing them. Re: boeing Out-of-Production Models - Full_Throttle0 - 26-04-2006 757 surprised me Re: boeing Out-of-Production Models - aristoteles - 26-04-2006 Lovely planes, all of them,....well, maybe the DC-10,...ehem...bad reputation... Re: boeing Out-of-Production Models - AKLupine - 27-04-2006 757 is a wonderful aircraft and I think it sad that Boeing believes they can "replace" it with the 739. ![]() ![]() Re: boeing Out-of-Production Models - olseric - 27-04-2006 Quote:DC-10,...ehem...bad reputation... The -10 series had the problems. The -30 & -40 variants were re-engineered. Oops i just looked at my signiture Re: boeing Out-of-Production Models - ivo - 27-04-2006 It would be great to see this plane actually fly, but it kind of looks like a project that will get cancelled. ![]() Re: boeing Out-of-Production Models - Full_Throttle0 - 30-04-2006 Quote:ivo wrote:i think fedex would be interested |
