Boeing is preparing a 1000 passenger jet that could reshape the Air travel industry for the next 100 years. The radical Blended Wing design has been
developed by Boeing in cooperation with the NASA Langley Research Center. The mammoth plane will have a wing span of 265 feet compared to the 747’s
211 feet, and is designed to fit within the newly created terminals used for the 555 seat Airbus A380, which is 262 feet wide. The new 797 is in
direct response to the Airbus A380 which has racked up159 orders, but has not yet flown any passengers

Too bad their not making it. The 797 is slated to be the 737 replacement.

WOW! really big aircraft!!! it don't look like an airplane more like a spaceship because the engines are placed where the tail allways are..

Yeah right? Are you series or drunk? Boeing have 5x as many aircraft as Airbus! Maybe even more! Plus, if you value your health, stay

The only plus side of Airbus is the Glass cocpit's, even though Boeing already has planes with class cocpits but not as many.
But anyway Boeing's 737, 757, 767, 777, 727, 717, 707. Are all more attractive then Airbus's planes.
And Boeing's 747, will always remain to be the Queen of the Skies.

As a real pilot all I have to say is I like a yoke over a side-stick any day.
Boeing pioneered glass cockpits (ever hear of the 7J7).
